WHO’S BUYING WHAT
a provider of insurance software for group and individual
products. InsPro says the conversion has enabled improved
access to customer data,
comprehensive reporting and
customer self-service for Aon
Affinity. The project included
the conversion of four existing
administrative platforms to the
single InsPro solution platform,
supporting Aon Affinity’s life
and health associations, numerous products and policyholders, InsPro says.
“The conversion of just
one policy administration sys-
tem is a significant challenge.
When we knew we were fac-
ing the consolidation of four
systems, choosing the right
technology platform and part-
ner became even more criti-
cal,” says Jim Pitonyak, SVP
and CIO with Aon Affinity.
“Our relationship with InsPro
and the quality and commit-
ment of our respective teams
made this success possible
and we could not be more
pleased with the results.”
P&V Group Chooses
SAS Risk Management
for Insurance
P&V Group has chosen SAS
Risk Management for Insurance to provide a central,
firm-wide risk reporting solution. SAS says the solution
will help the organization
obtain a consistent, quick
view of the overall risk exposures across its insurance
entities in a structured and
auditable way.
SAS says P&V Group will
be able to swiftly implement any new and future
reporting requirements,
including internal and Solvency II regulatory reports.
SAS Risk Management for
Insurance is designed to
help companies implement
the Solvency II standard
model approach for calculating risk-based capital.
The solution is built on a
robust data management
and reporting platform that
integrates with the SAS
insurance data model.
SAS says Risk Manage-
ment for Insurance is an
integrated, extendible solu-
tion to meet insurers’ evolv-
ing risk analysis needs. It
enables insurers to not only
comply with Solvency II
requirements, but also gain
competitive advantage from
better risk-based business
decisions.

reduced cost to maintain to
ensure continued customer

Stahlheber, SVP and CIO for
ACG. “Not only has CodeObjects’ comprehensive

technology architecture set
us up to achieve these goals,
but their software was also
easily integrated with our
existing systems and allowed
us to distribute to multiple
